On-Site Support

We offer on-site IT support to customers, in the Anderson, Townville, Fair Play, Seneca, Walhalla, and Westminster areas of South Carolina. This service is subject to a service call charge and an hourly service charge. The services we offer include:

• Diagnosis and repair of faulty computers, components and peripherals
• Virus and spyware cleanup/recovery
• Computer optimization service for slow-running computers
• Recommend and supply new hardware / software

Remote Support

We now offer a remote support service which allows us to connect to your computer over the internet (only with your cooperation).

Is Remote Support safe?

The remote connection can only be setup with your cooperation. The connection is secure and under your control so you can terminate the connection at any time. We will not be able to re-connect to your computer after the session has ended without your cooperation again, unless you request us to setup Unattended Access.
